1. Return & Exchange Policy (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return and exchange service for all products purchased from Copapauto official website, subject to the following terms and conditions:

The return or exchange request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (confirmed by the logistics tracking information).

The product must be in its original condition, unused, uninstalled, and with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Products that have been used, damaged, or modified will not be eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email (sale@copapauto.com) or WhatsApp (+86 15356047731) with your order number, product photos, and a detailed description of the reason for return/exchange. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization (RA) number within 2 working days.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or we have made a mistake in the order (e.g., wrong product, damaged product during shipping).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (and confirm it meets the return criteria), we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchange products will be shipped out as soon as possible.
2. Warranty Policy (1 Year)
All Copapauto automotive parts come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and quality issues. The warranty does not cover the following situations:

If your product has a manufacturing defect within the 1-year warranty period, please contact our technical support team (sale@copapauto.com) with your order number, product photos, and a detailed description of the defect. Our team will verify the issue and provide a solution, which may include free replacement, repair, or refund (at our discretion), free of charge for shipping costs related to the warranty service.
3. Shipping Time Commitment
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. The standard shipping time is 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
